At Zen Diamond, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your Zen Diamond account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry back into its original diamond certificate folder and presentation box, ensuring all security tags remain attached and intact.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure your return is tracked and protected.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
